Not able to access win95 clients in NT n

Dear all

In our networks all clients are win95/win98 machines. Our server is winNT4.0 machine. While accessing clients machine using server manager in WinNT server it’s saying “it’s not configured for remote access” How to configure? how to configure? Pls. help me.
