Not able to recieve Fax

I have a US Robotics External Voice/fax Modem with Win 2000 pro. I am able to send faxes just fine but when it tryes to recieve I get a communication error. I have it set to be able to recieve in addition to send. Here is a sample out of my modemlog

My Event log just says a comunnication error
