Not mapping complete Home Directory

I am trying to map the complete users’ home directory but it is not working. In User MGR for Domains, Under Profile, User Environmental Profile dialog box, Home directory

Connect H: \\Server\Users\%username%

What I expect when a user logs on is

H:\Users\Name

but what I get is only

H:\Users

then the user must navigate to their directory. We have tried a logon script but still get the same results. This is a NT 4.0 Server w/SP6a and Win98 Workstations. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks
