Notepad

I was infected with the SirCam32.exe virus. I Quaranteened the file an ddeleted it however It attached to notepad. When I boot my computer I get an error dialouge box that will not open Notepad.

My question is: Can you load Win 95b on top ofwin 95b? Is it possible to reload just Notepad?
