Novell client 4.8

I’ve installed Novell client for Windows 2000 on my Windows 2000 Professional pc and now when I ping a server by its netbios name the program hangs at “Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:” with all the statistics showing as 0. I have to close the window from Task Manager. I can ping the same server with its IP address and it works fine. I have installed SP1.
