Novell DNS with W2K? Is it possible?

I just promoted our PDC to 2000 hence installing Active Directory in the process. My problem is we are a hybrid shop with NetWare and use Novell for DNS. Active Directory doesn’t seem to like using a product other than Microsoft for DNS. Has anyone come across this? If so, did you decommission the Novell DNS server and just use Microsoft. Or is there a way to make it work?
