Novell Network login hangs at Results screen

I just setup a Dell Inspiron 6400 on our Novell network and it hangs at the results screen for approx. 1 minute on the initial startup of the laptop. I’ve got other laptops but never an Inspiron so I’m confused as to what is causing this. I would appreciate any help on this.
