Novell on Windows Laptops Profiles are replaced

When our users move their laptop to a different network point and log in as a different user, and then return to their home desk and log in as themselves, their profile is ignored and they get a new, empty profile called TEMP.

Can anyone help with this?

We have recently moved from having all users log in as a single laptop user, and are completely stumped.
