Novell to Windows NT

Would anyone happen to know if Microsoft offers any type of competitor upgrade for Windows NT.

My organization has recently acquire another company who was using Novell, and we would like to move everyone to NT 4.0 and we were wondering if you can get licencing any cheaper if you upgrade from a competitors OS.
