NT 4 and Macaffee

Hello,
We have a NT 4 machine that used to have macaffee on it. The user tells me that it crashed while macaffee was being uninstalled. It now has Nortons installed which our company has switched over to. When it boots up, it gives the following error in the event viewer:
The Network Associates McShield service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the path specified. How do we this error fixed? Thanks for any suggestions?
