NT 4.0 and Fixed Hard disks

I have a Netfinity 5000 Server which has NT 4.0 installed and SP6a. My question is this:
I do not know why when this sever warm boots only 2 out of 3 Fixed disks are seen by NT. But if I cold boot this sever all 3 fixed disks are seen by NT. I checked the BIOS and it is setup correctly. I also watched POST and it shows all 3 drives. By the way, all three Fixed Disks are SCSI. I am puzzled because it works in cold boots but not warm boots. Can someone help me with this problem.
