NT 4.0 and XP

We run an nt 4.0 domain based network. Nothing complicated. For all systems the primary protocol is NETBEUI. Server is Primary Domain Controller. I recently attempted to add new pc’s with xp to the domain. no luck

Is there a simple answer to my lack of connectivity?
