NT 4.0 BSOD

OS= NT 4.0 SP5
IBM ThinkPad 390E
When machine boots up, error received, “THE PHYSICAL DUMP OF MEMORY IS DONE> PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR”, unable to access OS after multiple reboots and shutdowns.
