NT 4.0 DOESN’T RECOGNIZE ADDITIONAL RAM

Hi computer gurus,

I have just added and additional memory chip to my ALR7210 GATEWAY SERVER (total of 3 x 128 PC 100 SDRAM) BIOS recognized the additional chip just fine but NT 4.0 still only sees 256MB RAM. I took out all chips and installed only the new one. Everything went fine and both the motherboard and NT 4.0 recognized only 128MB RAM. I upgraded to the most recent BIOS. I also reapplied SP6a.

Any suggestions???
