NT 4.0 Server Batch File Start-up questi

Question: Have two batch files that should start as soon as the server is rebooted. How can I call both of these files to start atomically when the OS does? Can?t schedule or place in the start-up folder when someone logs in MUST start when the OS starts. Can this be placed in the boot.ini file? Or win.ini file?
