NT 4.0 Srvr/Wkstn Resource Sharing

I have a problem on my network where the Win95/98 machines cannot see the shared resources of the NT machines (something about password needed for $IPC), but the NT machines can see the Win95/98 machines’ shared resources.
I am running NETBEUI, IPX/SPX, & TCP-IP on all machines.
