NT 4.0 Terminal server file copying

We have just re-installed our Windows terminal server 4.0sp6 with metaframe 1.0. Everything seems to be functioning fine except on certain directories when copying files from server to local drive C$ V: we get a Dr. watson error or the following error:

Cannot copy The system cannot find message for message number 0x in message file for =G:=G:\

It does not matter whether I am logged in as administrator or not.

This is happening on specific directories. With some directories it works fine????????????????????????????
