NT 4.0 vs. RICOH MP6200S CD-Writer

Any tips or advice on how to get these two to work together. Windows NT is supposed to use the sparrow.sys to load the PE Logic ISA SCSI Board which the “writer” is attached to on boot at startup. I can get the Writer to work from DOS but NT will not load the sparrow.sys driver or recognize the Writer. Unfortunatley, I inherited this system and these are older Compaq 6000 Prof. Workstations with absolutely no software…
