NT 4.0 Workgroup Network printing

A user has set up a shared printer on his NT machine, but when someone tries to connect to the printer over the network it asks for the IPC$ password. The network is running Novell Clients but the printer is being shared through Microsoft Networking(workgroups!!). It works OK being shared from a Win95\98 computer.
