NT 4.5 sbs swap file

Can anybody tell me if I can change the drive that the swap file is located on. i have a 20 GB drive partitioned into C:5Gb and D:15Gb and would like if possible to swap the paging file into the bigger drive as there is only 193MB left on the smaller partition which is also the boot partition.
The operating system is Windows NT4.5 small business edition with Exchange server 5.5
