NT admsetup

The company I work for supports certain software and these programs can not be installed without NT adminstration privledges. The company will not tell me a password because of corprate polices but all I have to see this software is web pages and Iwould love to have this on my computer but i cant find NT admsetup.exe and if I did would I be able to set up this file with out adm. privleges?
