NT AUTHORITY / REMOTE

It seems to be a very big pb with XP Pro, or maybe not. Every 1 minute, appears a note with NT AUTHORITY / REMOTE and is rebooting the sistem; this is happening only when the internet connection is open!! Is there somebody who can explain what’s going on??
