NT Back office small business server

I have 5 licences for the above NT and have 5 licences for microsoft Outlook 2000..My main server is too big to use at home and i think my dual pentium PC SERVER 325 should do the job for handling my mail and 3 small websites.my re-seller site will take more memory.If I boost the memory in the small Server,do you think it will do the job.I am asking pretty well the same question (I want to be sure)Advice would be appreciated.Lou
