NT boot loop ?

One of my NT 4.0 servers SP2 which is an old P 450 being used as a small file server and running DLC protocal as a print server for two of our old printers which are hardly ever used has stop working. I remotely logged into it and I could see that it was giving a RPC error. I went over and rebooted. Now it’s booting in a loop, it gets to the point where it’s starting NT 4.0 and starts over again, I tried VGA mode and it does the same, tried last know also. My next step is to try and repair NT or install parallel. Any suggestions ?

using tcp/ip, running Netshield anti virus and Executive Diskeeper on the 2 hard drives.
