NT Disk Defragmenter

I was wondering if anyone out there knew of an effective disk defragmentation utility for NT Server 4.0. I have heard that Norton’s Speed Disk is pretty good although I am unable to download it anywhere. Are there any others out there that are effective and pretty user friendly? The software doesn’t have to be free although it would be nice. Thanks, I appreciate the input.
