NT Domain Consolidation

I’m trying to find the best NT donain consolidation tool to use to consolidate two NT domains. I was thinking of using FastLane Consolidator. Anyone care to share their experiences in this endeavor? What do you consider to be the best tool availabletoday?
Some details:

tcpip is the only protocol running.
No netware on the lan/wan
Some remote users connect via VPN.
Lan has IIS4.0 and SQL 7
Clients are mostly win98 with a few NT4 WS
Clients are win98
