NT Domain User Account Policy Changes

I am going to change the following user account policy (password) items:
Increase Minumum Password Lenght
Increase Password Age
Increase Password Uniqueness

Will these prompt all my users to change their passwords? Will their be any effect on their current password or will it effect the next password?
