NT Event Viewer Manager

I remember seeing a simple management product that would parse event view files and alert via pager or e-mail based on pre-defined alert levels, etc., but I cannot remember the name/manaufacturer of the product.

Can anyone recommend such a product for a customer that has a small NT network but needs some level of management?
