NT Folder Security Report

I just took over a very messed up and non-administrated NT 4.0 server which contains user folders (There are thousands of them). In the past folder/user rights were assinged at the folder level and now I need to find out what specific rights each folder has. Does anyone know of a software utility / tool that will scan these folders for me and report their security settings? Thank you in advance.
