NT – IE 5 saving to one location

On my NT Terminal Server, I need to lock down where my users save their down loads. I want to make it one location on the server. Not their A or C drives. I have tried a couple of hacks. But all that has done is to lock “Save” not “Save AS”. The hacks I have found seem to be for Win95 or 98.
