NT INSTALLATION

I want to install NT server 4.0. I have hard disk of 20Gb and want to make 3partitions. But when installation complete it shows a harddisk of 10Gb. What is the problem.I have heard that NT does not support a partition more than 2GB. Please show me the right path to make 3 partitions.
