NT License manager cofusion

I’ve got a problem with the licensing on my NT4 Server. The problem is when I attached some computers to our domain I used the admin acct on the workstation (instead of creating the machine account on the server) I now know this was a mistake. The problem is, I am recieving license violations in license manager because there are 2 accts for every machine I attached to the domain from the wkst. I know I have purchased enough CAL’s (per seat). But the unlicensed usage is disturbing me. Any suggestions?
