NT Local Profiles

I have two users whose local profile will not be saved anymore! They were off for a couple of days and other users used their PC’s and were members of the same user group. Since then, every time they log on I have to recreate their Outlook profile, remap to their printer, reset their Internet Explorer..redo their shortcuts, etc. What do I do?
