NT Password…

Dear All of my friends…

I got a serrious matter, problem…
My assistant forgot the administrator password for my server that installed with NT server 4.0 Service Pack 5.0…
Because, my network administrator passed away and just his, the only one that know the password is… And, my assistant but, she forgot it…
Do you have a good solution to access NT server without password … ?! Please, give me an answer..without it, my all employee do not work all day… That server is our heart..
