NT PDC Migration to W2K

Does anyone know of a utility to copy or migrate user profiles, group profiles & etc from an NT server to a separate Win 2K server? On the same thought, is there any suggested reading, checklists or how to’s on the subject? Have an old klunker NT server, it is the PDC, file & print server too for 95, 98, 2k, XP & Macs. Putting in a new W2K server to replace it. Looking for ideas on an orderly way to bring it into service.
