NT Problems

In prep for a Win 2K upgrade I tried to ghost my system to a blank disk. In the process I made an error and ghosted the system disk with the blank. Lost everything!! We only ERD available an noo backup on tape etc.. The system was set up again but the data has been lost. Is there any utility out there that will allow me to get back to the original?? My thinking is there is not but you never know. Any advice!!
