NT routing troubles

I have a NT4 server with 2 ethernet cards attached to a cable modem. I turned IP fowarding on but I can’t ping out to the internet from another machine on my lan. I also have the ip address for my NT server as my default gateway on the win9x machine. Any suggestions, do I need RRAS ?
