NT Scheduler and AT commands

At our firm we are using Novel Groupwise 5.5 on a server of its own. NT is running Groupwise Internet agent. We would like to be able to exit GWIA.exe every hour and have it restart the next minute after closing the GWIA. In addition how can I create a batch file that executes a command to exit the active window. This may be my solution.
