NT security

We run a 3 shift printing company with NT workstations being used for order entry. Someone has found out by removing the rj-45 cable and replugging it back in the that the entire network can be seen where as before only certain shares would be seen.Is there a remedy for this such as a way that as soon as there is a network interruption a relogging in is necessary?
