nt server pagefile.sys

I want to increase the performance of my nt server 4. How can I place the pagefile on another network drive. I have it on the C: partition now. I have done this once but it was about 4 yrs ago and can’t remember. And do you know if this can be placed on a raid 5 partition? Do I have to tell the registry about the location of the pagefile.sys?
