NT stopped Workstation service

I am Using NT4 server and having around 100 PCs on LAN.
Suddenly the server stopped its workstation service and the event viewer shows the error message “Duplicate name exists on the network”.
I have checked all the node but there is no duplicate name on the network.

Please help….
What is the problem? How can be rectify?.
