NT Terminal Server question

We have NT 4.0 Terminal Server edition. Whenever any user logs in, they get three pop up messages with a file name and it asks “Open with”. I’ve looked through the entire Registry and the startup menu but cannot find where these files are or how to delete them. Any ideas?
