NT to XP

I have 75 NT 4.0 workstations with 1 PDC and 1 BDC Windows NT 4.0 Sever. These workstations and servers will be replaced with new hardware (new work stations) with Windows XP Pro pre-installed from Dell when the existing hardware lease expires (July2002) I have few questions on how to replace these workstations without loosing any data. I have Veritas back-up exe installed on my PDC and I want to know if I can do the following:

1 Can I back-up the C and D drive from the workstation (NT 4.0) and restore the data to the new XP Pro workstations?
2 Can I use a program called PC relocator to transfer the data from the old pc to the new one?
Please let me know if there is an faster and easier way to do this.
