NT Trust relationships

We recently got hit with the “Code red worm” and decided to rebuild PDC in our DMZ domain. It was setup to trust our primary domain. Now that I have formated and reinstalled NT4 server, I can tell it to trust, but it does not all the way. I have set NTFS folder/file permissions to allow our webmaster to access the website, but she is not able to. I have noticed that only domain admins can.
