NT user profile

Recently, the company I work for as been experiecing alot of NIMDA virus problems. No, we have not shut down or anything like that, but we are keeping it stablized. But my question is, every new user we set up on our network, (NT Server) is havingproblems finding their profile. No, we have not changed anything to pertaining to user set up and their profiles they are set up just like any user, but the new users that are set up gives them an error after they have changed their password saying’you do not have access to your profile. You will be logged on as a temporary.’ We have checked everything possible. Can you please advise!!!!!
