NT workstation

Hello,
I am trying to get a NT workstation 4.0, sp4 (no higher) machine that was setup without sharing of the hard drives. We need to able to share on of the drives. I was told to start the server service. I went to services and server was not there, so I added it. I then rebooted the pc and when it came back up it gave the following error message:
“The Server service terminated with the following error: Not enough server storage is available to process this command.”? What do I need to do next? Thanks for your help.
