Nt Workstation 4.0 SP4 and VPN

I am running windows NT worstation and i am using Dialup Networking. On my windows 95 OS, I am using Dial up connection, The first connection is to dial to my ISP, the second connection dials to as a VPN connection to my server. After being connected to my server i am able to browse my email. I am trying to set up my NT workstation 4.0 to connect like my Windows 95 machine, but no luck. I am having problems setting up VPN on my NT machine using Dialup Networking. Am i able to set up a VPN connection on NT workstation?.
