NT Workstation, how to reset refresh rat

Hi,

I just made a booboo and set the refresh rate for my video to high and my monitor cant handle it. The screen just flashes grey. How do I reset it to the default rate? I know Win9x has the safe mode option but WinNT does not appear to have it.
