NT Workstation

My Windowt NT workstation was working fine, I uninstalled a software and rebooted the computer. Now it shows me the login screen (ALT+CTRL+DEL) but when I enter the user name and password it keeps prompting for (press ALT+CTRL+DEL to logon). I have used my domain admin account, new user account and local workstation admin account but system does not allow me to login. I would apprecite any support ASAP.
