NT4-DNS server config- leasedlines.

dear sir I have followed the procedure for DNS configuration as per NT4 manual. But does not work. I am unable to register a new domain name with my domain name alloting company in India. Could you send me the full procedure how to configure the entry for a leased line circuit.
